For my own opinion or reaction in
the "Fertilizer Fund Scam"
is that, for me,
Jocelyn or "Joc-Joc" Bolante
is involve in this scam. And maybe,
he went to states just to hide or
maybe he made a plan before he will explain
everything in public.
But I'm not totally sure of what I've said
because I'm not always updated on what's
happening in the country and it's just
my opinion.
And my opinion or reaction about the
"Euro-Generals" scandal is that,
he must explain everything and he
must tell the truth about the scandal.
he's been unfair to the PNP or to the Filipino
because he used the big amount of money.
